Amy Neal Bundy, Founder & President
Amy Neal Bundy, Founder and President of Bingham Strategy Group, is a dedicated public servant and educator with a passion for closing achievement gaps. From her early days as a teacher and family engagement coordinator in an underserved Kentucky school to her current leadership role Amy has shown unwavering commitment to expanding opportunities for vulnerable communities.
Born into a family steeped in a tradition of service, Amy’s upbringing instilled in her the values of empathy, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility to others. Her journey from Kentucky to Greater Cincinnati, with stops along the way in executive leadership roles and national training positions, shaped her perspective and fueled her determination to make a difference.
Amy holds a Master of Arts in Education from the College of Mount St. Joseph and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky. Her blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience uniquely positions her to lead Bingham Strategy Group in its mission to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable impact.
