At Bingham Strategy Group, we are on a mission to break the cycle of poverty by connecting visionary leaders with proven solutions. We help education systems scale what works, amplifying evidence-based practices and aligning them with today’s most pressing state and federal priorities. Our work lives at the intersection of policy, practice, and impact, ensuring great ideas become shared solutions. We help them grow, sustain, and reach the children and families who need them most. From intergenerational strategies and the Science of Reading to workforce development and whole-child approaches, we help clients see through the noise to act faster, smarter, and with greater impact.

We help leaders:

Scale what works with fidelity and impact

Turn policy into action through strategic implementation

Create opportunities where excellence meets every child

Diversify funding streams and build lasting public-private partnerships

Translate data into insight to close the gap between intention and outcomes

Whether aligning with federal education policy or equipping systems to lead across generations, we bring the strategy, insight, and implementation support needed to create lasting change.

Led by Founder and President Amy Neal Bundy, our team draws from decades of leadership in public service, education, and systems change. Amy’s journey, from classroom teacher to state executive, shapes our grounded, mission-driven approach. We know what it takes to move from vision to impact.

From the classroom to the Capitol, we partner with those ready to lead real, lasting change.

The Story Behind Our Name

Honoring Legacy. Advancing Potential.

Ever wondered about the name Bingham Strategy Group?

It’s more than a name, it’s a tribute.

Rooted in Northern Kentucky, our story is shaped by persistence, integrity, and service. Founder Amy Neal Bundy comes from a family of hardworking farmers, her grandparents had only a few years of formal education, but they passed down wisdom, strength, and a deep love of family. Her father became a first-generation college graduate, and education changed the trajectory of their lives forever.

Amy’s mother, Shirley Bingham Neal, grew up in Boone County, Kentucky, where the value of learning was a guiding principle, not just a goal. Shirley instilled in her children an unshakable belief in the power of education to open doors and transform lives.

That belief lives at the core of Bingham Strategy Group.

Founded by a former teacher and national education leader, our work is driven by a simple but urgent mission: to break the cycle of poverty by building smarter systems and stronger outcomes for every child.

We shape lifelong outcomes by uniting schools, families, and communities through comprehensive, multi-tiered strategies that align policy, practice, and impact.

We don’t admire problems, we solve them.

With strategic insight, deep implementation expertise, and a relentless focus on results, we help education leaders scale what works and deliver tangible, lasting impact.

A Living Legacy

Today, the land once farmed by Amy’s family is home to an elementary school, the school’s library, and a street bearing the Bingham name, a living testament to the transformative power of education and enduring community investment.

And in that same spirit, the Neal Bingham Scholarship at North Pointe Elementary was established to honor Ronald and Shirley Neal. Awarded to students who demonstrate perseverance, creativity, and financial need, particularly in the arts, it reflects what Bingham Strategy Group stands for: expanding opportunity, uplifting potential, and ensuring every child has a chance to thrive.
